CINCCH Theme - To conduct research to optimize coordination and contextualization of healthcare delivery and improve outcomes for Veterans with high priority neurologic conditions, disseminate and implement best evidence, and train future researchers. Our mission will advance care by using innovative methods including direct observation and engaging Veterans and VA Partners in research resulting in high quality, high value, Veteran-centric care.

To Develop and implement strategies for how best to contextualize and coordinate healthcare delivery for Veterans.

To develop and implement best practices for Veterans with high priority neurologic conditions.
Our innovation focus is the use of direct observation methods to evaluate care delivery and patient experience.
Our additional activities have considerable overlap and synergy with our primary research foci, through sharing of expertise and methods. These include efforts related to infection control and antibiotic stewardship in other populations, care delivery models for conditions including kidney dialysis patients, and early work on employee engagement.
