Center for Management of Complex Chronic Care (CMC3)

Fellowship Programs

The Center for Management of Complex Chronic Care's commitment for professional growth and training is evident by the Fellowship programs available to new MD, PhD, and PhD RNs at our Center. These programs are co-sponsored by VA Office of Academic Affairs and HSR&D Service. They are designed to develop and enhance the Fellows' skills in health services research. Fellows develop a project of their own, within our Center's focus of improving management of complex chronic care, working closely with experienced mentors in their chosen area. They present their research at conferences, seminars and workshops. They may interact with investigators at our university affiliates, including the Institute for Healthcare Studies at Northwestern University, University of Illinois at Chicago, Loyola University of Chicago, as well as the VA Information Resource Center, located on the Hines campus.
